Goes well wid idiyappam,idly,dosa,or parota.And even u can have it like soup also.Try it friends.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />Goat trotters (goat legs/kuri kalu/aatukal) 1 lb<br />onion 1 big size (finely chopped)<br />Tomato 1 big size (finely chopped)<br />Green chillies 4(slit into two)<br />Red chilly powder 1 tsp<br />Coriander powder 1 tsp<br />Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp<br />Bay leaf 2<br />cinnamon stick 1<br />cloves 4<br />Salt for taste<br />oil 5 tsp<br />cilantro for garnishing.<br />coconut (optional)<br /><br /><br />Method to Cook:<br /><br />Clean the goat trotters with water and turmeric powder.<br /><br />Heat cooker and add oil, then add bay leaf, cinnamon,cloves and add onion fry it, then add ginger garlic paste and fry , next add tomato and green chillies fry nicely.Now add coriander and chilly powder and add cleaned paya/trotters and pour abt 6 cups of water and put salt how much u require and close the lid of cooker and let 3 whistle come.After u release the pressure of cooker then check, if u think it is more watery or u need some thick curry u can grind coconut and add it and make it to boil for few min. In our place, in karnataka mom used to prepare the famous Bassaru from this vegetable.Who the mannina makalu of karnataka can forget ragiball and bassaru? So now i am adding cauliflower pakora recipe, which is very easy to prepare and tasty to eat.Try this and leave ur kind comments.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />One small size cauliflower cleaned and broken into big florets.<br />Half cup of all purpose flour<br />3 tsp of corn flour<br />Half tsp of ginger garlic paste<br />1 tsp red chilli powder<br />1 egg<br />food color a pinch<br />salt for taste<br />oil for frying<br /><br /><br />Method to prepare:<br /><br />Take a bowl add all purpose flour, corn flour,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder, egg, food color and salt, mix well with little water, and the batter should not be too watery! now add florets to this, mix well and keep aside for 5-10 min.<br />Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, when it has become hot add one by one florets deep fry and take out.<br /><br />Hmm now cauliflower pakora is ready to eat! :)<br /><br />Taste it wid ur favourate sauce or ketchup.<br /><a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh133/lillynchilly/cc.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket" /></a><br /><marquee>Thank you very much for visiting my Blog, Enjoy! Now take a bowl and add the eggs. Then put in the chopped onions, Green chillies,Coariander leaves, Salt to taste and Mix well. Now take a tava and pour 1 teaspoon olive oil and apply evenly on all sides. Then when the oil is well heated pour in the Egg mixture.add some oil over the edge, Cook till one side is done and then flip it over.
