Ingredients:
One small size cauliflower cleaned and broken into big florets.
Half cup of all purpose flour
3 tsp of corn flour
Half tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 egg
food color a pinch
salt for taste
oil for frying
Method to prepare:
Take a bowl add all purpose flour, corn flour,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder, egg, food color and salt, mix well with little water, and the batter should not be too watery! now add florets to this, mix well and keep aside for 5-10 min.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, when it has become hot add one by one florets deep fry and take out.
Hmm now cauliflower pakora is ready to eat! :)
