Ingredients
1 cup of cooked and cooled rice
1 onion
3 eggs
Half tsp red chilli powder
Turmeric a pinch
Salt for taste

Method to prepare
Put 3-4 tsp of oil in pan and heat it, when it is hot, add thinly sliced onion and fry it, till it turns golden brown in color,then add salt, turmeric , red chilli powder, fry, add eggs and mix it well for few minutes till the egg is done.Now add the rice and mix well and remove from heat.Serve it hot with tomato sauce or potato chips.
